De cat problems

Anyone tried using this to switch the eml light off after a de cat ? Might be worth a try before the pricey ktec mini cat

I have one on my Milltek decat pipe and it works.. Ish.

Light came once after some hard driving, cleared it and it never came back in the 800 miles ish I had it fitted.

The post cat sensor is just for emissions monitoring, so it doesn't affect the running of the car. The pre cat sensor does though.

Mine's been on for the 3 years i've had it and it's dyno'd 180bhp.

Probably just a placebo effect with the light being off.

Mines been mapped out too but obviously didn't work lol , although I did notice a good difference in power once it got mapped it's been back twice and the light keeps coming back on after 3 days

No but there was no issues at all when the cat was on

For me i bought 2 new sensors, post and pre.. Light never come on since, about a year now, also its my daily.

I run an old lambda as a bung and have the second one connected and cable tied to the car so it's reading fresh air, no lights then!
