Deactivate auto lights?

Had to charge up a battery last night on a 182, took a bloody long time too(!), and when it would eventually start, the lights would automatically come on (parked in a garage) when the engine was turned on.

Can someone remind me how to deactivate the auto lights switch?

Ignition on, but not engine turn lights on and off twice, beeps to let you know its done.
