Dead Battery

My Trophy has been laid up for about 10 weeks and the other day I tried to start it and as I expected it didn't start. So called AA and they put a booster on it and started, he advised the battery would need replacing this was on Sunday. Once it started I let it run for just over an hour.
Next day I tried again but it wouldn't start.
I bought a new battery today but now the car wont open via both keyfobs :( It just makes a little bleep.

If the battery is that dead and wont open the car how do I get in??

Mine did this so I just used the key in the lock when I had my new battery I opened the door and the alarm kept going off then when I got the old battery out it didn't stop, when the new battery was in I had to lock the car up to stop it, the AA have things to get into the car if you don't have door lock then it would be a case of doing what I did

mine did this, would get increasingly weaker, then wouldnt start at all, went through 3 batterys and an alternator to find out i had a bad earth on the battery to the chassis. get a jump lead and put one end on the battery negative and one end on the engine mount and see if it bumps up the voltage
