Debate Fix or Scrap!

Ive got a 1995 M reg Clio 16v on 124000 and the bottom end has just gone, it still runs at the moment but struggles to start and rattles quite bad.

Do I:

Fix it? if so how much should it cost, and is it worth it on a car of this age/mileage?

Break it?

Or sell it as it stands? How much you reckon I could get for it like this!?

worth about £800 as it is !! You could get a new engine for about £200 then the value of the car would increase by lots !!

£200 plus fitting so its more like 500 to fix!
