Going to give fred a ring at btm order my yozza decat going to get it fitted then make a move onto ktec later in day to get custom map interested to see before and after results as don't know what cars running at now and see what the car runs like once done

As above or try Paul at RS tuning in Leeds will save you lots of petrol if your based at sheff.

Thought about the rs tuner but sounds abit confusing are they easy to work out? Is there any diff between the map I'd get from ktec and the one from the rs tuner mate?

yeah they are simple i was a bit confused by all the stuff too before i got mine i ended up putting up a thread saying right start to finish tell me everything lol.

maps are different, personally the way i look at it Henk at fastchip as the man when it comes to mapping cars and if its still andy from GDi at ktec then i wouldnt touch it if you paid me (and i love k-tec and their service too, such a shame)

ive got a fastchip 98ron map with launch control on my ph1 and it made a brilliant difference to the mid range pull

Why wouldn't you get one done at ktec pal? May look into an rstuner then how would I no what map I need shall I just get in touch with henk?

there was so much bad press about andy when he was the owner of GDI. he ended up closing down. ive never used him or his services so maby its wrong to judge however there was massive bad press on here about it all.

yeah post up in Henks area on this site or give him an email. highly recomended, ive told a few people about his maps and they have all been impressed when they upload them

Cheers for reply yeah true it is a decent drive down to ktec think ill give them a ring at rs tuning then.. How long does it take to receive the map and that from henk plus will I just have to get 2nd hand tuner if go that route
