Mine was like that, my removal method, spray wd40 on the inside & out & leave for 10 mins.. repeat this again then carefully place it in a vice & take the correct spanner too it, job done! i reaaaally strugled with out the vice, got the first one done but the last one ... well worht the strugle though :approve:

its very hard to undo. glad to see you managed it now.

when i undone mine i took it for a drive to get it hot first, was still tight but it was easier

i put a little bit on mine just to seal it incase, wasnt sure either, wont do it any harm

yeah vice is the easiest way, wasnt the most difficult bolt i'v removed but it certainly was a pain

Ran mine on the 182 with standard system, does sound different, quite liked it in the end!!!!

I had just a Decat on a Std system for a few Months on my 182 and I loved the sound of it, you will notice a difference in Sound on a run

Sounded hardly any different, sounds like it's blowing although pretty sure it aint.

you are not supposed to use any paste/gum infront of the cat but anything after is fine

but because you now have no cat get plenty wacked on, decat is really the way forward, and lpg makes it legal too
