Decat or Not - Im scared

When I got the car it had a decat on it. It had a few problems shorty after where the car kept cutting out the guy said it was due to the decat and a sensor.

Thinking of decatting it again but with a decent brand.........
Well should I please help.

decat is basically a drain pipe with a hole in for the sensor. The only thing that can really go wrong with a decat is nothing. its the sensor if anything that would need replacing and by the sounds of it thats been done....so personally i cant see the worry

fred with his experience imo , i'd have gone decat but got a good deal on my sports cat at the time
