Right, My car was rrd before and after my K-Tec exhaust & de-cat.
Results didnt look too impressive at first glance, gains of less than 2bhp and 3lb/ft.
But on the road, it was very noticeably quicker.....strange I thought for a little gain.
I looked again at the graphs and it showed my power was now peaking @ 6650rpm instead of 6950rpm. Also, my torque was peaking @ 4801rpm instead of 5100rpm. Also, the gains were consistantly higher throughout the rev range with larger gains in the mid-range than at the peak.
Not everything is about peak power gains!
