Increased bhp, noise thats about it.

downside getting the cat back on and passing an mot,(unless you no some one;0]) happened to me the other day so I put a supersports cat on with my ktec ultra supersports system. Sounds wicked and still increases performance by about 5hp and keeps the emissions within legal limit.



Sports cat ftw unless its a designated track car then de cat it.

Did you decat a standard system?

I have the naughty one from ktec and it sounds looooooooooooooovely.

If you have a standard BB or twin baffles then you wont get a massive increase in the depth of tone.

I would never do without a decat, pulls much better through the revs imo, be prepaired for the engine managment light to light up tho, well does on my cup until i clear the fault, uselly stays off for about 2 months :approve:

I agree with you on the decat but had so much trouble with MOT's I decided to get a supersports cat. Dont notice much difference with power but then you can only corner at certain speeds, im not one for ragging it down motorways and having the sports cat fitted means no more worries when its MOT time.

Its a worthwhile mods to release a few horses.

And i guess its a hit or a miss with engine or emissions lights.

As i have had my decat on nearly a year and have had no lights coming on
