decent audio set up

just want a decent headunit cd/mp3 and 2 parcel shelf speakers (goin into a stealth shelf)

budget £120 idealy for the lot.
but i ent too clued up about audio, can you get something decent for that price?
any recomendations?
wanted to stay away from halfords but they seem pretty good for audio.

as long as it dosent clip when its turned up ill be happy.

I would stay away from halfords if i was you.
Have a look around must be someone selling an alpine,
Then buy some decent components like jbl or mtx for example and should sound good.
