Declare a remap to your insurer?

As per the title,

How many people have declared their remaps to their respective insurers?

If I go for a remap on my golf, circa 250hp it will no doubt cost over £200 extra per year.

I would declare it.

Yes. Have you had a quote? As HIC it went up £23 for me. Edit that was stage 2 on my LCR too.
