Little bit of a dilemma my NSF shock has play in it and will need replaced for mot in November my thinking was too just replace that but was told by a mechanic friend I'd be better replacing both at same time and began looking at prices too getting them and fitted then I came across these on flea bay seem too have good ratings and feedback does anyone on here have them fitted How would you rate them?

Also my thinking when I seen these is that then I'd be replacing everything instead of just the one shock plus a lot better than a set of apex springs

Cant vouch for the suspension kits but k-tec exhaust i have fitted is awesome mate, great quality and build !

Yeah I know that ktec should and most likely will be a top piece of equipment but want too know what the rides like with it on and opinion if would be better replacing that NSF shock or both or just go whole hog in buy this kit

They're the old Raceland coilovers iirc which aren't brilliant but they'll do the job and it will go pretty low too. I'd spend the extra £100 and get some FK Highsports if you can stretch to that.

Ahh ok a see didn't know that just seen had good feedback how are they race land if manufactured by ktec? not too bothered about lows got few speed bumps on my road and into my work would only be 40-50mm just don't want them too be too stiff and make the ride uncomfortable can't really stretch too that this was an other option too getting new shocks on front if bought these then replacing alot more for not much more

Ktec bought them out or some crap like that.

In my experience (I've never had these ones) but my Vmaxx which were cheaper coilovers handled quite well but were bouncier (so comfier) than the more expensive ones like FK. Not sure what these are like though so don't take my word for it!

I'd rate V-Maxx over the KTR Kit. The KTR kit is the raceland kit. I had them for 2 years and although they never really gave me any trouble they're what you'd expect, quite crashy and not very nice.

You can't complain for the money though. Even if they were cheaper before they stuck their name all over them. They should really SAY it's the raceland kit in all honesty, it is rather tw*t worthy.

I don't know the details of the acquisition but are you saying that one business (KTR) after acquiring another business (Raceland) are obliged to tell their customers that the products -that presumably they now own the manufacturing and/or design rights to- were once branded as something else, potentially devaluing their acquisition?

Really?
