Dedicated photo printer

I am selling more and more photos and at present I just pop down to boots and get them printed.

It's now getting to the point where I will consider doing them at home. Its no good using online as I print them of in small batches or maybe even 1 at a time so postage costs will add up.

Wanted to get ideas of how much it will cost to print per print or how many prints I am likely to get before having to change cartridges.

After something that will not give up on ink after 20-30 prints!

Probably be printing 7x5 and possibly A5 prints.

Any recommendations?

Dyesub printer, awesome unit. You don't have to get the 707, that's the double headed one. But they're bullet proof.

You'll get 230 printers per roll @ 5x7. Each media box comes with two rolls. Works out at roughly 18p a print.

Will look in to that - bit expensive at the moment!

Tried printing them on my HP today. For a 'photosmart' printer I was quite disappointed. The prints have come out very dark and nothing jumps out. I had the same prints done at the Kodak instant print thing at boots and they look surprisingly good!
