+ve and -ve colour codes of the wires going to both front speakers

If you look at the back of the oem speakers then they're marked + and - I think the one nearest to the clip on the plug is the +ve.

mine definitely were not marked up ive looked and looked and looked lol

Just had a look at mine and yep the one nearest the clip is +ve. This is a mk2 ph2 by the way don't know if its different for the others.
