demultiplex a mp4 file... Program

So title says it all, need to demultiplex a mp4 to play it on xbox. Any free simple programs around?

erm you dont need to split the audio and video to watch mp4 on the xbox... unless you want no sound of course.

There is two audio sources on the mp4 file. I need to remove the 5.1 audio layer. As the xbox can't understand 2.

Handbrake will do it for you.
It has a preset for the xbox 360 by the look of it.
Its free too.
