After the disappointment of an iTrip decide to get the proper iPod car-kit. Didnt want to change the standard HU So went with the ice>Link Plus.
Real easy to fit. Just dragged the HU out with an old coat-hanger, connected the Connects2 unit to the CD changer port, plugged in the Dension cradle, docked my iPod! Tried it whilst everything was out:

Didnt disconnect the HU as I dont have the code - had to get it from the dealer when I did the Nokia car-kit, but forgot to write it down. Doh! All the bits for the kit are just rammed up to the back left of the HU. Loads of room up there, but the back of the HU is bit tight. Got real excited/lazy so couldnt be bothered to route the cable to the dock properly:

With a bit of tape(!!!) its all held out of sight:

Super happy with it all. Youve got complete control of the iPod as through it was the CD Changer. You even have the first five playlists linked to disk number 1-5 (6 enters the config menu). I was a bit unsure about whether itll work with the 182 Cabasse HU, but it did have TunerList wrote on it so just ordered the unit designed for that - actually says Sony on the Dension bit. Def worth the money.
