Managed to reverse into a pole yesturday in a parking space, was the height of my rear bumper. No paint damage but there is a very slight indent from where the pole hit my bumper (can only really be seen in at certain angles.
How can i remove it make it look better? heat gun, warm the plastic up and massage it back out from behind the bumper?

Remove it if you can and then heat gun it very lightly little bit at a time. With a tennis ball if you can.

Best to take 10 trys at it than 1 big push and end up out the way. Always heat it from the inside. Should come out easily. I'm a bit of master with the heat gun and plastic dents. :)
