Dent - PDR or Bodyshop? Please look...

I'm hoping to get a mobile person, to push this dent out:

Do you think it can get pushed out by a paintless dent removal company, or is it 100% a bodyshop shop?

Might be able to push it out. I suppose it depends if it has creased the shutline much.
