Dephaser pulley stuck on cam shaft.

I have taken off the 14mm hex tool bolt and the bolt which holds the dephaser to the cam shaft. The dephaser moves but will not come off. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

can be a little tight but get a lever behind it (carefully!!!) and it should move
