Dephaser Pully (Video inside) HELP!

Hi all i have recently been doing a track project, (clio sport conversion to non sport)

engine is in and running as video shows on though more things to sort out before my showing at rockingham on the 22nd of this month.

right the weekend the cars going in for cambelt change and water pump e.x
as i think i need to order a new dephaser pully 2day aswell.

will a dephaser pully sort out my problem,

Sure I have read on here that you can check for play on the dephaser pulley. Obviously with the engine off, if you grab the pulley can you feel any play?
Also is your cambelt going from side to side across the pulley a bit? That's whats making me think about checking for play in the pulley.

With the engine of when I feel the dephaser i carnt feel any play but obvly with the belt on it's going to have little play with everything up tight.

I'm going to but the to buy the dephaser now £146+ vat

But does this sound more seariouse than just the dephaser as I'm paying out 5-600 for belt changes and all Aux water pump the weekend ???
