so if i state to a garage i want my cam and aux belt doing does the dephaser need to be requested separately?

yup, plus the seal beind the dephaser should be done also

Yeah its a seperate item. Say you went for a cambelt change, it wouldnt be touched

It does sound quite noisy and grindy. So might do it at the same time as the rest
