Dial bulb change

One of the bulbs behind the dials(rev. counter) in my mk 2 ph 1(1999) is blown.

Any one changed one of them before? easyest way to acces the back of the dial?

U have 2 remove top 1/2 of dash to gain acess 2 back of clocks. Some Clio 2 ph 1 dont have bulbs, they use leds which mean u have 2 replace the entire inst. panel!
