Diesel or petrol clio?

I'm looking to buy the new clio but should i get a petrol or diesel model, petrol i'm looking at the 138 but diesel would be a 1.5 model. what do you guys prefer lol

a dci 106 6-speed re-maps to 126bhp and 180lb/ft and would leave match the 138 in the real world

full list is WAY TOO HIGH.............106dci dynamique s is the one..

BUT, for the same money I'd choose a 1.9 meggy dci (re-mapped to 150)

seriously thou, unless you can afford to buy and run a 2.0 172/182, the dci is next best

I've driven 'dozens' of small motors and would NOT buy a petrol unless really powerful, turbo'd and or supercharged :-(

my dci with a strong re-map and performance air filter will easily stay with a Mini Cooper and still do 60mpg

Best drive both look at the cost etc though.
