Lowering springs are the cheapest. ride isn't ideal
New shocks and springs is better but the springs are still hard as they need to be to get the lower ride height
Coilovers are the ideal since they are desinged for the job realy and better made and desinged.
Whats the cheapest coilovers on the market? I heard FK's were good.
Whats insurance like with coilovers?

I'll give them a ring tomorrow!
What should I say to them, "I would like a quote on lowering my car" or "I have some coilovers I would like to fit"
Cheers guys!
Would love the coilovers but its the price that is putting me off!
I don't want to much the handling up.

Just ask how much extra they want to lower the car depens some have a fixed price some say no some say £x if more than 30m and £z if more than 60mm etc.
with coliovers dont have to get your car setup as well, not as simple as fitting them and then good to go ???
the former is the only thing stopping me from getting coilovers.
then its a case of finding a garage i can trust,...hrmmm that rules out everyone one in a 60mile radius !
Think I going to purchase the Eibach sportlines today
Whats the best place to get them? Any ideas?

You could always meet up with someone of the site here who can do it - just a thought for peace of mind
