difference in front subframes?

hi im new to the forum, and have only been driving a few months. but before i could make any real progress. . i had an unexpected encounter with a grass verge :dapprove:. . . bad times

anyway. . im now in need of a new front subframe and rad. . i drive a t reg mk2 ph1 and have found a subframe from a w reg mk2 ph2. i was wondering if there is any difference between the two? as the car is more or less the same apart from engine and cosmetics as far as i know?

any help would be great
