Different part numbers for loom... can they be used?

Currently trying to get hold of a passenger door loom for my Clio 182. I got one from someone on here but I could tell the connection was different straight away...

There's another on eBay and he told me to check the part number... he has 8200290403 whereas mine is 7700427518 even though I think the connection might be the same. What's the differences here? :S it seems bloody hard to get hold of the right one!

Where else can I look other than here and eBay? EuroCarParts don't seem to sell looms.

Differences in the looms will be with/without electric heated mirrors and the mirror switch will be the other way around in some cars (swapping plugs around rectifies)

Should be fine other than that

Well I emailed 8 sellers on eBay and one person had the same serial number! Sorted weird there's so many versions but there you go.

There is a few choices.
I have no idea what is what but i selected one and it came up with a price of around £54.
