Diffrence between 1.2 and 2.0 springs if any?

can i use 1.2 lowering springs on a 2.0 or is there a diffrence?

Use a set of 1*2 springs on a 1.2 and your nose will be pointed at the sky.

Other way round and it'll look like a funnycar, with the nose on the ground.
