Digital Copy for i-Tunes Help

I 've just installed a film on itunes to do with the code that you get with the film. I've got Promethius on it before and could watch it on my PC nee bother, as i said just uploaded Star Trek and it says can not play this as it is in HD. and now i can't even watch Promethius either comes up with the same message. Is this something to do with the new update. I've got a 1080p Dell monitor. Even the Promethius is in HD too and been watching that on my iPad too.

Any ideas?

i've just synced my iPad and that plays Promethius and Star Trek ok, strange
