Dipped Headlight not working?

I have a mk2 ph2 1.2 16v, and have 6k HID's as the dipped headlights.
Yesterday I found one wasn't working, so today wipped the bumper off and had a look.

However nothing I do makes the bulb on that side work?
I've tried swapping the HID bulbs over, putting the Halogen standard bulbs back in, but still nothing? I'm thinking it could be a wiring problem, but all the other bulbs in that headlight work perfectly, and that one has just randomly stopped working?

Anyone have any ideas!?

Turns out its a faulty ballast, which keeps breaking the headlight fuse. Now I just need to find out how to get a replacement ballast?!
