Direct Battery feed through chassis

I am just about to fit a new stereo, an Alpine 9835 to be precise, but it requires a direct feed to the battery, As you can prob imagine this means taking a cable through the chassis at some point so I was wondering if any one could tell me a good place to do this, ie a rubber grommet or something? Prefrebly somewhere that requires no drilling

Bonnet release cable grommet! Passenger footwell.

youll need to open the bonnet unclip the PAS resevoir then pull the heat insulation away from the bulkhead tho

when i did my amp power cable i just tread it through untill i could see it from the engine bay

You got lucky! Normally you have to do what Si said and remove the PAS reservior.
