Hi ,i have a 64meg agp x4 display card and when i watch live stream football the picture is very blocky on full screan but whe i minimize the picture it is very clear so woul a more powerful display card make the picture more clear in full screen. my motherboard only supports up to agp x4.
my system is - processor 1800xp with 512meg ram

nope it wouldnt change a thing what your seeing is the effect of a low resolution video stream nothing you can do about it
