im going to be fitting my alpine h/u + changer into my cup next week and was wondering if there is an interface which will alloy the station to be displayed in the dash display. If i connect the h/u will i just get the temp / time showing otherwise?

also, is there a changer mounting bracket available to save me drilling in the boot floor

I fitted my JVC HU today. you will only get the time/temp on the display. I read somewhere on here that Sony and Alpine?? do an interface cable to use the dash top display.

Ive now got the problem of fitting the 12 disc changer somewhere in the car..

i know the 172 has a changer under the pass front seat but dont know if the brackets available seperate or if renault sell a bracket to fit in the boot area

i mounted my changer under the stealth shelf which i got from halfords, very solid fixing, and you keep your boot space!
