DIY carpets

  2005 Clio 182 Cup
Hi lads,

I recently took my back seats out as I am hoping to put a half cage in. Instead of forking out $150 for the ktec boot mat I decided to have a crack at making my own. I got a 1.5x2.0m sheet of very lightweight carpet from bunnings and cut it to size. I ended up with enough to do both driver and passenger footwells as well. I've ordered some white trim to sew around the edges. all in all its cost 55 aud. Once the trim is on it will look great.

Good effort, should look great when sown up as well :)

I used speaker carpet in my old clio, matched nicely to the standard colours but was more expensive.
