Do 182's have factor fitted alarm's ???

  Clio 182FF
I believe so! Mine has one so I'm guessing they're standard. Not sure about Cups though, do they have alarms?

You should have two sensors fixed on the pillars on the interior of the car!

I found out mine had one the hard way when I got first got it!

if you have an alarm you should have the little red LED next to your gearknob, the flashing light next to the rev counter and speedo is the imobiliser and the one next to the gearknob is the alarm and will only blink when you lock the doors, also if you have internal movement sensors that will show it has an alarm.thats how it is fitted in mine anyway, yours should be the same but don't hold me to it.

and remember that if you unlock the car to wash it or work on it then make sure you open the drivers door otherwise it will sense no doors opening and re arm itself a few seconds later....hence the alarm will go off it you rock the car.

i wondered the same thing too?...i thought cobra fitted alarms to all renaultsport clio's when they arrived at the docks from france......unless someone had it taken out previous to you because of problems maybe?

They were fitted at the docks when they come into the country.

If its an import (not a UK model) i think they didnt come as standard on them?

As above, check for interior sensors, bonnet sensor (normally cut into the front gril)
Check your documentation, i have a Cat 1 Certificate of installation in my handbook.

OR

Previous owner(s) has removed it for soem reason.
