Do you have to oil an ITG panel filter?

Do you have to oil an ITG panel filter? Just got one thru the post. If so, what stuff can you use?

They come with the stuff included dont they? (if bought new)

If it's new it should be dripping with oil....sticky as fook.

he he yeah they come oiled when new.

So how long do they last or when do you clean them if at all?

I've got one in mine and done about 4k in it.

Can't remember the time interval for cleaning it, whip it out and have a look at it, as for cleaning it the guy from ITG gave me some strips of foam that you wipe across the surface of the filter after you have removed any larger debris by hand.
