New style rear badges repositioned to the right hand side.

Then I got Ady to knock up a Trophy decal for me.

The decal is quite grey compared to the side decals but I still think it looks good and a little different.

Could have but the badges at the same level, the trophy one looks to high compared to the RS one.

Ps, sure there was a trophy on here with the Rsport done in the same font as the trophy text that look decent.

Yeah, I hear what you're saying about the level.... However, I think the mistake was the positioning of the Renault and Sport badges. Trophy one is perfect height. I put the Renault and Sport where they are to hide the little holes.

Was a bit scared due to the sizing and scales the decal would be too small and not stand out enough but I really like it.

I'm going to make a few changes on the interior too.

I like it but I'd have done mine the opposite way round. I suppose hiding the holes left by removing the "Clio" badge would pose a problem though.

Interior changes are, all being well:

Ph 1 172 dials with the correct warning light arrangement. Also contemplating spraying the dial rim red from silver (blue bit on the cups)

Dash strips red with black decal on them.

197 steering wheel with red stitching on the wheel.

Are you keeping cruise control?

I'm hoping it will be simples. As far as I know and aware the 197 wheels have cruise control and the two adjusters on the same sides of the wheel. Therefore, all I can possibly see happening is cutting the two wires and reconnecting them. Once I have sourced a wheel with airbag I'll take a look.

I quite like it as it is tbh. Not going to put the number below it, think that may be a step too far, although would tie up with one or two other things on the car.

As for making the sticker smaller... I don't want it any smaller (inuendo bingo) as I don't think it'll stand out enough.

It's a very thin sticker any smaller and I think it'd be too small. I wanted it as big as possible and noticable. Wanted to make the distinction it was a decal for the car and not something aftermarket, although that's what it is.

Only 2 days ago I was on the trophy forum where something along these lines was done and I really liked it. He had RS 182 on the left and trophy on the right.
