Why is it that sometimes ebay listings finish for crazy prices...

Like this nokia E71 finished for £2850....

That was my first thought, but why would you be so blatent about it.

Surely you could just send the money over paypal and it would be less obvious that you are up to no good...

you can only transfer a little amount of money via paypal per year before they halt your account and ask you all sorts of questiones regarding your work habbits etc to make sure you aint laundering money, i had it happen to me last year.

I had this too, changed my email address and in the two months after turned over £1k+ on PP, they halted my account to investigate because of money laundering going on

I had this when selling my old phone, even though i put ships to uk only it would sell at silly price and then comes the email with "Hi i have bought this phone for my daughter who is studying in Nigeria..............etc"
