dodgy idle running problems

i blew a plug on the way home from germany ever since then the cars not been running right at all,

ive changed all plugs and leads for standard stuff and still no better. problems are:

Idle 1000-1500 rpm
lumpy from cold (jerking)
sometimes its like revs are holding on there own

the main problem is from cold when the car plays up at its worst any suggestions as it was running perfect before that plug blew?

Damaged inlet plenum causing an inlet leak? Needs looking at Dan tbh

Not sure of top of my head which one it was mick I'll check once home,,

Reading up on here symptoms sound same as people who have needed a new throttle cable? It's just revving itself at the minute idles around 1200 on start up then say if I was doing 70 and took it out of gear the revs would hold around 3k then if I touch the throttle drops back down to 1000rpm,

Was going to change cable and of that doesn't work bring it to yourself
