outer & inner tie rods
Top strut mounts

The question is : Does it fit 172 ph2 ?

I'm sure they only fit 172 ph2 non cup or the other way round.

Both 172 ph1 and ph2 are non cup versions.

172 cup has the same 54mm spacing as 182 non cup or as 172 non cup.

Is it an early ph2 or late ph2?

The later ones have different wishbones with more caster and longer tie rods. The early ones are the same.

And all are interchangeable anyway.
