Does anybody work for O2?

I've just activated one of my free sims and I sent the mms settings to it but when I try and send a message it just says unable to send mms message. The new settings for my new number work when I put my old sim back in but not this new one though the wap works on it.

I've phoned O2 and emailed them and they're useless so anybody know why this could be? My friend who has done the same with a new sim is having the same problem. Do you need to wait on O2 to activate it or something?

pretty sure you have to ring O2 up and get them to activate it. its the same if you want to use 3G.
