Does my pulley need doing?

Right my 182 is on roughly 50k and the car had its 'Cambelt and accessory belt kit' done at 38048k in 2009. Ive noticed that my engine is ticking, especially onces its warmed up. Ive had a good look on here and its all pointing towards my depasher, which I know means a full belt change right? Now I'm down at K-tec on Wednesday getting coilovers fitted but I wanted to know if this needs doing as I thinking of leaving the coilovers and using the money to sort this first.
I'll get a video up very shortly. If anyone has had it done at K-tec how much to they charge for this?

Yes but the whining goes, Im about to pop out to get fuel and I'll do a warm vid once I'm back.

The whining on startup is not related to the dephaser.
I had a knackered dephaser but it never made a noise on startup. Only when it was warm i could hear the dephaser. I think the whining is the pas pump. Mine makes exactly the same noise on a cold start and dissapears after 30seconds or so. Annoying but it will get done when the aux is due.

Probably not mate as I spoke to Mike&Rentech and he said he might be able to fit me in on Wednesday, I'll let you know though mate, id be done by the afternoon most probably.
