Does seat need to be able to move to pass MOT?

Done the washer removing mod while back, this means seats doesn't move forward/backwards, will car fail MOT because of this?

Crap, oh well only a slight pain in the arse, just hope the MOT guy doesn't notice.

I asked my Mot man about this, if there's a mechanism it must work. Fixed buckets are fine.

Take it in for the MOT early (You have a month prior IIRC), if it fails sort it? It doesn't matter if 99% of the opinions you get on here is what you want to hear, if that MOT bloke says no, then it's a no!

this has really brightened my day, i was worried how my fixed buckets would be seen my an MOT tester!!
im guessing this is the same story for harnesses and such?!
