Does this matter?

Guys,

I'm in the middle of changing my OS drive shaft on my 1.2 16v. I spent a while looking for the correct new one and the one I have bought does not have the middle bush (marked out in red in the picture), does this matter? I have been assured this is the correct one and the others I have seen online are the same. Everything else on it is identical between my old one and the new one.

Its just a balacing weight, often missing anyway.

Is it a bolted one? If so remove it and refit. I wouldn't bother though
