dogbone mount fitted, question....

Brilliant, I was there all day from half nine to half five. I appreciate they normally work on hondas but come on. Im getting fed up tbh

I really can't see how they could have done it wrong, its 2 bolts lol.

You sure its not some sort of placebo effect? All other gears ok?

All other gears are fine. I can only describe it as over the past twelve months of owning the car and going in to reverse on a daily basis its def harder to go in. The mechanic said it will do that with the new mount. I wasnt convinced hence me asking on here.

100% don't do that mate so he's talking out of his rear passage.

As already mentioned, most likely the gear linkage rod has been knocked over a bit.

Thought as much. Will ring them tomo and see what they say. On reflection I should have just let them do the tracking and got birchdown to do the rest. And all this after I spent over 350 pounds with them

Speaking to a couple of people and it sounds like the bolt has been put in the wrong way causing it problems going into reverse. Will give that a go. Im far from a mechanic but why cant things like that run smoothly
