Domain Names

I've just aquired a domain name (Central Domain Reg). And free with the broadband (TalkTalk Business) I have some web space which I want to use.

Who do I talk to the get the name on the space?

Tried calling TalkTalk Support, joke to say the least. I'm about the try CDR but thought about throwing the question on here too.

Can anyone help??

The ones charging £100 are silly.
123reg.co.uk is pretty cheap for most domains..
