door card removal

I'm sure it's not perfect, but it should get you on your way. I forgot to mention in that post that there a two (I think) pop clips behind the door card, at the end furthest from the hinges, but they should pop out if you do the rest anyway. Also, you won't be able to unclip the window switches until the door card is mostly off.
