Door card replacement.

The top of the passenger side front door card is broken, but finding a cup replacement is a bit tricky. If I was to get get a door card from a dynamique would I be able to swap the 'cloth part'?

I tried this when upgrading from pov spec to 172 interior.

it's possible to do the rear like this but impossible in my eyes.

Maybe some upholstery specialists can sort it, but I for sure couldn't.
