Door cards

Hows it goin,
Im woking on my mk1 clio and am going to retrim the door card inserts but after seeing how to take them off they are a solid piece of the card or are bonded in, has anybody retrimed theres or know how to.

yeh pull em off, clean the sticky glue/bonding s**t from the door card and behind the insert, pull of the standard material, recover as u wish an stick everything back together, gotta use a s**t load of bonding and glue when re applying em.

Iv not retrimmed myne but i just like taking things apart to see what happens lol
