door handles cracking

I noticed today that inside the car, the silver door handles that open the door, the plastic behind the handle is all cracked around the screw in the middle, its the same on both sides of the car? Has anyone else got this problem?

Not on mine? Have they been removed at anytime?

Yeah it is common especially on the Phase 1's. Only answer is to get a new set.

they've never been changed before, is it covered under the warranty?

The dealers will probably class it as wear and tear.
