door pins

hi ive got aluminium door pins but how the feck do you get the old ones off to sit the new ones in?!!!!!!!tried gettin a screwdriver to push it out but i dont want to muck the central lockin up. does the door panel have to come off?!!! any help appreciated.

Yer the door panel has to come off !! Then you will be able to unscrew the door pin head !!
